Orders placed before 16:00 on workdays will be try send out on the same day. Delivery times
The Netherlands ± 2 business days.
Belgium & Germany ± 5 business days.
Europe ± 10 business days.
World ± 15 business days.
We hope that you are in love with your new aloha goodies. If not you can return you order within 14 days and we will refund the money within 7 days.
The shipping cost are the customers expense.
How to return:
1) Please send an e-mail about your return to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Send your returning item always back in the sending box ,Include a note in your return package with your name and order number.
We will refund your money within 7 business days.
3) Send your package to the following address:

Please note that you must pay to ship the goods to us and we strongly recommend that you do so by registered mail and obtain proof of shipment - if the product is lost, this is not our responsibility.
The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
The return of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state
- is not worn and/or used
- includes the original packaging.
At Aloha reserves the right to refuse returned items.

At Aloha accepts exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept exchanges on sale items.
At Aloha is not responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for international orders at this time.
You can return your order within 14 days and we will refund the money within 7 days.
If an items is sold out at the moment it will state "too late" on our website. This item will be restocked as soon as it arrives from Bali. If you have a particular item in mind that you would like to buy please leave your email in the 'notify me when back in stock' so we can notify you as soon as it is restocked.
